-Yes, SMS & Email will be sent when the KYC is approved or rejected
Will account be blocked if KYC will be uploaded till approval?
-The Brand Partner will be able to login; however the Ordering & Recruitment will remain blocked until the KYC is approved
The KYC upload page will show one tab or there will be two tabs to accept the file.
-KYC upload page will have one tab to upload the document however the Brand Partner can select multiple files, to provide the front & back side images of the document

-The system will give error if the Exp date of the document is less than 6 months
Original document or photocopy both will work as KYC document?
-Yes, the picture of original document and the photocopy will work till the time the document is self-attested and readable.
If the document is expired, then he /she can upload the document like voter id or Aadhar card.
-Yes, any other document can be uploaded if the previous document is rejected or expired
What if he/she will not accept the T&C after uploading the KYC document?
-ID will be terminated after 60 days if no BP order is placed.
Can a Brand partner delete KYC if upload wrongly, or he must wait for rejection of document?
-No, must wait for rejection
-Brand Partner can re-upload new valid KYC document.
What is the duration of KYC verification?
-The KYC approval is an instant process, the approval/rejection confirmation should be received within a min after registration.
-Only if the partial details are matched and not 100 % the system can send the document for manual verification without rejecting it which can take up to 48 hours.
Passport and driving license are below 6 months then it will get upload or not?
-No, it will not be uploaded
