What should I do if my order is not delivered?
Once your order is out for delivery through courier vendor, OTP/ sms is triggered to your registered mobile number. In case you do not receive your order as per information received through SMS from vendor or as per delivery update available on the website, please register a complaint with the Contact Center through webchat-whatsapp/email channel within 5 working days.
Please do not send any delivery related queries to Contact center unless your order crosses the estimated delivery date(EDD), or your order is out for delivery and not received on the same day.
