I have registered the claim for damaged product. What is the process now? When will I get a revert?
Once you have registered your claim, a unique claim ID will be generated for future reference. If the aggregated CP value of your damage claim is more than Rs.1000/- please send the products to the address mentioned at the bottom of the invoice. Please note that the products with regard to your reported claim should reach us not later than 30 days from the date of invoice for a full refund or exchange of the product. Your claim will be validated only upon physically receiving the product at respective address. For damage claims less than aggregated CP value of Rs.1000/ please upload image, no need to send the product.
Oriflame reserves the right to ask for the physical damages for further investigation as and when necessary.
