I have registered the claim for damaged product. What is the process now? When will I get a revert?
Once you have registered your claim, a unique claim ID will be generated for future reference. The product/s must be returned immediately after registering the claim, to the respective Oriflame office address, to enable Oriflame to process the same within timelines promised in the Claims Policy. Any claim pertaining to damage will not be approved/ rejected unless the Oriflame has received the physical product
