Claims or Returns Product

Once you logged on Oriflame website.

  • Click on "Order" tab on the left side of the window

  • Click on "Claims/Returns"

  • Click "Claims/Returns" on sub link

 

Enter the consultant number for which you need to return/exchange

 

Click the invoice number in which you have bought the product and want to return/exchange. Click "continue".

 

 

Select "I want to Return, Exchange or report missing product".

 

Select "I want to Return, Exchange or report missing product" and select "return" on the product which you have to return/exchange.

 

 

Select "Damaged or defected products" from sub menu.

 

 

Enter the Batch code of the product and select appropriate sub type.

Note: This is a mandatory field, you must select the appropriate reason to return/exchange the product

Click "confirm & send" to finalise the claim.

If you aren't completely happy with product performance, you may return it within 30 days from the date of invoice for a full refund”.

  • The product/s must be returned by an Oriflame Brand Partner within 30 days from the date of invoice to Oriflame Regional Distribution Center/Warehouse.
  • Not more than 1/3rd of the product should be used.
  • Oriflame reserves the right to accept / reject any claim/s in case the physical product received is not matching the description or as per given timelines.
  • The Brand Partner will be offered a replacement / refund in his/her Oriflame account.

 

I have developed a reaction from the product, I want to return it. What to do ?

In case of adverse reaction, the claimant should take note the following for registering a claim:

  1. The product should be returned to the respective Oriflame Regional Distribution Center / Warehouse immediately in “as is” state.
  2. Claims under category of adverse reaction, will be admitted subject to the condition that not more than 1/3rd of the product should have been used. 

Online questionnaire should be duly filled and submitted at the time of raising online claim.
