I am not satisfied with the Air Purifier. I want to return/exchange it. How can I do that?

1) I accepted the Air Purifier box but have not opened the seal of the box and want to return it.

You should register the claim in Return/Unwanted product on www.oriflame.co.in against which a claim number will be received by you. Then follow the below steps

- Intact Sealed picture on the box must be uploaded while raising claim.

-Oriflame will arrange to pick up of the Unopened/Sealed Box which should be in saleable condition from your address.

- Oriflame will “Approve” the “Return “claim for unwanted product upon receiving the order in Oriflame warehouse. Money will be deposited in your prepaid account.

- Oriflame will charge nominal reverse pick up fee from Brand Partner to be adjusted against the prepaid post the claim is registered

- You can use this money to book any other order with Oriflame.

2) I have accepted the Air Purifier box but have opened the seal of the box and yet want to return it .

   Oriflame will not accept Return/unwanted of the Air Purifier once the seal is broken/product is not in saleable condition.

3) I want to register a claim under exchange in unwanted category.

  Claims under exchange/unwanted will not be accepted. You will have to register the in “Return/unwanted” option only.

4) You notice a damage/seal of box open while accepting the Air Purifier Box.

  You should refuse to accept the box in case the box is damaged or seal is tampered. Please immediately reach out to Contact Center for resending a fresh parcel.

5) I accepted the box and finds the inner content damage.

  No claim need to be registered in Oriflame website. Brand partner should reach out to Writax call center number to register a complaint.
