My order payment showing pending, how can I proceed?

In case your order payment get rejected, i.e. not debited from UPI/account/debit/credit card/wallet, you can try to make the payment upto three time for an order. If the payment is not confirmed within 2 hours, the order will be cancelled & the payment will be auto refunded.

  • For Net banking, Wallet, UPI & Credit Card payments, amount will be auto returned in the account/wallet/credit card within 24-48 hours.
  • Debit card payment will be auto returned in the account within 7 working days as per standard time taken by banking channels.

Please escalate to our Customer Service if the refund is not reflecting as per scheduled timelines.
