Designed for topical application, simply roll the oil onto your skin and breathe in the aroma.


For optimal results, we recommend using the Pulse Point Roll-ons in connection with simple pulse point massages. Roll the Empower Me blend over the inside of your wrist, massaging the oil into your pulse points to release the comforting aroma.
