  • Create a soothing bedtime ritual by adding 5 drops to your bath for utter relaxation.
  • Dilute 2 drops with a carrier oil and massage into skin to help you drift off to sleep.
  • Diffuse the grounding blend for a sleep-inducing, calming aroma.
