Multivitamin & Mineral

This multivitamin tablet provides 22 essential vitamins and minerals plus the plant extract lutein. It is designed to help prevent the most prevalent global vitamin and mineral deficiencies, and contribute to normal function and maintenance of diverse bodily systems including the immune system, skeletal system, cardiovascular system, muscular system, nervous system and integumentary system (skin, hair, nails).*

Vitamins and minerals are essential substances that our bodies need to develop and function normally (EFSA, 2017). Obtaining sufficient amounts of each micronutrient is vital for health and wellbeing (WHO, 2021). Getting too little of certain vitamins and minerals over a long period of time can result in deficiencies and increase the risk of diseases (WHO, 2021).

Omega 3
