  1. This Business Class Loyalty(“Offer”) is valid for all Brand Partners in India provided by Oriflame India Private Limited (“Oriflame”). Participation in this Offer is voluntary and optional. By choosing to participate in this Offer, the participant hereby confirms that he/she has studied these detailed terms and conditions (“Terms”) and agrees to be bound by the same.
  2. These Terms are in addition to the terms, conditions and other policies you agree to by registering yourself as a Brand Partner with Oriflame (including but not limited to Brand Partner Terms and Conditions, Code of Ethics & Rules of Conduct, Guarantee of Excellence Claims Policy etc.) (collectively, “Brand Partner Terms”). Your participation in this Program is subject to these Terms, the Brand Partner Terms or any other terms or policies communicated by Oriflame from time to time.
  3. The offer period for this Offer is from 1st Dec,2025 to 31st Jan,2026 both days inclusive (“Offer Period”), unless extended or revoked at the sole discretion of Oriflame.
  4. Under this Offer and subject to the Terms, on placing an accumulated order of:
    1. 250 BP from 1st Dec ,2025 to 31st Dec, 2025 (both days inclusive); AND
    2. 250 BP from 1st Jan, 2026 to 31st Jan, 2026 (both days inclusive),

    the participant will be entitled to receive a promotional code which can be used to purchase one unit of Code 155372 Stainless Steel Triply Cookware (set of 3) worth Rs 5900 for Rs 499 ,from 10th Feb ,2026 to 28th Feb, 2026 (“Purchase Period”).
  5. The promotional products can only be purchased by eligible participants during the Purchase Period.
  6. The above Offer is not valid in multiples. Each participant will be able to avail this Offer only once, i.e. the first time he/ she makes the eligible purchase in both months during the Offer Period as mentioned in paragraph 4 above.
  7. Oriflame reserves the right to substitute the aforesaid promotional product with other products of equal or higher value, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
  8. The decision of Oriflame as to qualification of the participant to the Offer shall be final and binding.
  9. The Offer shall be withdrawn immediately from the participant in case of any violation of the Terms, the Brand Partner Terms (as applicable) done in the last 6 months prior to the Program Period, and such other communication as may be made by Oriflame from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, a mere allegation of a Brand Partner Terms’ violation by a Brand Partner will not render the Brand Partner disqualified for this Program.
  10. Any benefit provided inadvertently or due to technical glitch will be recalled/adjusted/charged for, as per Oriflame’s discretion.
  11. Every person who desires to avail the Offer may do so pursuant to independent inquiry, investigation and analysis and shall not have any claim against Oriflame, its employees, associate companies, directors, representatives or vendors whatsoever by reason of any loss which may be suffered by such person consequent to or in connection with the Offer whether by reason of anything stated or omitted to be stated herein.
  12. In case any order is negated by a Brand Partner during the Offer Period or Purchase Period, such a Brand Partner shall not be considered for the purposes of Offer qualification.
  13. The image of the promotional products shown on the flyer, Oriflame’s website or any other creatives is only illustrative in nature and actual color & size may vary.
  14. To avail the benefit, the qualifiers will have to select the benefit codes in “YOUR OFFER” section on the Oriflame website while placing an order online.

  16. Oriflame reserves the right to amend or modify these terms or withdraw this Offer by giving prior intimation of the same to the Brand Partners.
  17. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the Indian law and jurisdiction over any matters/ disputes in relation to the Offer shall remain exclusively with courts at New Delhi.
