A mentorship program like no other where our VP, Head of South Asia and MD India – Mr. Frederic Widell himself shall coach and train you personally by sharing best industry practices, business tips and share immense knowledge through his vast global experiences and leadership style.
The program is designed for those young, aspiring and ambitious brand partners who have the right attitude, zeal and determination to achieve their dreams with Oriflame.
QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
- Brand Partners between age 18-30 years to apply
- Minimum 6 months in the system and should hold Manager Title &/ above
- The mentorship sessions will be conducted only in English
- The mentorship sessions will be conducted by – VP, Head of South Asia and MD India – Mr. Frederic Widell
- Tag 2 brand partners / tag 2 friends and ask to follow @fredericwidell on Instagram
- Only 1 entry per participant
- Stage 1 preliminary screening process will shortlist 20 entries
- Stage 2 screening process will shortlist final 10 participants out of 20 entries who shall be eligible to undergo the mentorship program being conducted Live on Instagram by Mr. Frederic Widell
- Screening process will be strictly based on the discretion of Oriflame
