QUICK NOTE: What does “Top 15 in recruitment rate” mean?

Terms and Conditions – Invite-a-Friend Challenge (Campaign)

  1. Campaign Period: 1st September 2025 – 30th September 2025
  2. Organiser: Oriflame India Pvt Ltd, M-10 Ground Floor, South Extension Part 2, New Delhi 110049
  3. Eligibility: Open to all Active Brand Partner with min. [22%] Performance Discount, as determined by the results of August C08 closing 2025.
  4. Qualification period: [C09 September 2025]
  5. Campaign Description
    1. Invite & Reward
      • Invite 1 new friend (friend must be a Qualified Recruit completing 75BP in the month of September 2025). As a promotional offering, each invited friend (“Newcomer”) receives Rs. 500 as instant promotional discount on placing a first single order of atleast Rs 2,700 during the Campaign Period.
        Key expressions & their meanings:
        • “Newcomer” means a new Brand Partner or Member not previously registered with Oriflame.
        • Qualified Recruit” means a Newcomer who has placed a minimum order from Oriflame of 75BP during the Qualification Period.
        • “Participant” means an Active Brand Partner with min. [22%] Performance Discount who participates in the Campaign.
      • Invite 50 new friends (Qualified Recruits) and receive iPhone 16 128GB/ Samsung Galaxy S25 128GB.
        [Note: Colors and further specifications of the rewards are subject to availability of stock, and to be determined by Oriflame at its discretion.]
      • Qualification conditions:
        • 50 Qualified Recruits invited by a Brand Partner during the Qualification Period.
        • At least 60% activity rate of the existing old sales force.
        • Minimum 12% recruitment rate.
    2. Double Performance Discount (PD)
      • Participants qualifying for the iPhone 16 128GB/Samsung Galaxy S25 128GB and whose market ranks among the Top 15 in recruitment rate in the respective market may be eligible for double PD as per the applicable Brand Partner Reward Plan.
      • Applies to all earnings, including International Sponsorship, but excludes cash awards.
    3. Volvo EX30 Reward
      • The #1 Participant in the top-performing Oriflame market may be eligible for Volvo EX30* reward. * Model specification: equivalent of [Core Single Motor Rear Wheel Drive] version. Color and other specifications are subject to availability and to be determined by Oriflame
        • The #1 Participant is: qualified participant (who must have qualified for the iPhone 16 Reward 128GB/ Samsung Galaxy S25 128GB as a pre-condition) who has the highest number of Qualified Recruits in the personal group in the top-performing Oriflame market.
        • The top-performing market is: participating Oriflame market with the highest recruitment rate in the Qualification period among all participating Oriflame markets.
  6. Additional conditions
    • Campaign is available to Indian citizen aged 18 and above, who are competent to contract.
    • All sales and recruitment figures shall be determined by Oriflame based on its data. All Oriflame’s decisions regarding matters related to the Campaign are final and not subject to review.
    • All qualifiers are subject to these T&C and all rewards are conditional on continued compliance with the Brand Partner Agreement, including Oriflame’s Code of Ethics and Rules of Conduct. Oriflame may disqualify any participant without compensation if breach of the Brand Partner Agreement occurs and (or) there are any suspicions of non-genuine sales, fake registrations or any other manipulation for reward qualification.
    • Participants shall bear all costs associated with participation in the Campaign.
    • The number of available rewards is limited:
      1. Under iPhone 16/ Samsung Galaxy S25 Reward, qualifying Participants shall be eligible to receive a maximum of one iPhone128GB or Samsung Galaxy S25 128GB.
      2. The total number of rewards available under Volvo EX30 Reward is limited to one Volvo EX30 across all participating Oriflame markets.
    • Oriflame is not responsible for the quality or warranty of the rewards. All claims regarding quality or warranty should be directed to the manufacturer.
    • All rewards are subject to availability of stock. Oriflame reserves the absolute discretion to substitute a reward with an alternative of equal or less value. If any reward under this Campaign is unavailable, a cash equivalent of Rs. 79,999 (in lieu of iPhone 16 128GB) or Rs. 74,999 (in lieu of Samsung Galaxy S25 128GB) and Rs. 40,00,000 (in lieu of Volvo EX30) may apply at Oriflame’s sole discretion. Qualifiers cannot request a cash equivalent in place of a reward, unless expressly offered by Oriflame.
    • Rewards are non-transferable.
  7. Announcement and fulfilment
    • Qualifying Participants will be announced by 10 November 2025.
    • Rewards will be distributed only after 15th November 2025 for iphone 128GB / Samsung Galaxy S25 128GB, and within 6 months from the date of the announcement of the results (for Volvo EX30 Reward), subject to Oriflame’s discretion to extend delivery timelines.
    • To claim a Reward, a Qualifying Participant must place an order for the Reward through the Company’s official portal and pay a nominal processing fee of INR 199. Failure to complete this process within 30 (thirty) calendar days of announcement may result in the Reward being deemed unclaimed. Unclaimed rewards will be used by Oriflame at its discretion.
    • Unless otherwise notified by Oriflame, rewards are provided at the place of registration of the Organiser. With respect to Volvo EX30 Reward, any expenses related to the state registration, insurance and other similar costs shall be borne by the Qualifying Participant.
    • Oriflame may require identification and (or) other supporting documents prior to providing any reward. Failure to provide documents or information may result in disqualification without any compensation.
    • Participants are responsible for payment of any applicable taxes on rewards, unless otherwise determined by local law.
  8. Limitation of liability and changes
    • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oriflame shall not be liable for any losses, damages, delays, or failures arising out of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, system failures, or third-party service disruptions.
    • Oriflame reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, suspend, withdraw, or terminate the Campaign, or to modify its terms, rewards, or conditions, in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, regulatory requirements, or other material reasons. Any such changes will be communicated in a timely manner.
    • Participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance that Oriflame's decisions in respect of all matters relating to the Campaign shall be final and binding.
  9. Data Use & Consent
    By participating, you consent to Oriflame processing your personal data for campaign administration, in accordance with Oriflame’s Privacy Policy.
  10. Governing law
    • These T&Cs are governed by the laws applicable to the Brand Partner Agreement.
