QUALIFICATION PERIOD : 1st APRIL 2025 – 31st MARCH 2026

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

First Time Qualification Criteria:

A Director who has not qualified for any previous Gold Conference, can qualify for the Gold Conference 2026 by achieving Gold Director title during the Qualification Period.

(The Title needs to be maintained at the closing of the qualification period)

Re-qualification Criteria:

  • Close a new title during the qualification period (Senior Gold Director and above) during the Qualification Period.
    (The Title needs to be maintained at the closing of the qualification period).
    OR
  • Add 2 groups to minimum 20 groups and maintain minimum Gold Director title during the Qualification Period. (Compared vs either last conference attended or last qualification period – whatever is most favourable for the qualifier)
  • Diamond & Above directors who Maintain title at period closing will be eligible to qualify for the Gold Conference with 2 tickets.

    Partner Discounts Gold Director Title: 25% Partner Discount
    Senior Gold Director Title: 75% Partner Discount
    Sapphire Director Title: 100% Partner Discount
    Base cost: set by each region based on Flight + Ground (+Administrative Markup) + VAT
    (LIFESTYLE BONUS IS APPLICABLE)

  • Titles regained through Reset Program from Gold and Above will also be eligible to attend the conference. 50% Lifestyle Bonus applicable on both the 1st and 2nd ticket.

SPECIAL ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

  1. Applicable to New Directors and New Senior Directors, including Reset Go qualifiers and first-time qualifiers, who achieve the respective title during the Gold Conference 2026 qualification period (April 2025 to March 2026).
  2. Eligible qualifiers will be entitled to one (1) ticket to the Gold Conference 2026, subject to fulfillment of all qualification criteria and compliance requirements.
  3. All eligible New Directors and Senior Directors who qualify during the qualification period may choose one of the following benefits:
    1. One (1) ticket to the Paris Gold Conference 2026, or
    2. A Cash Award, as applicable to the title achieved.
  4. Lifestyle Bonus will be paid in lieu of the Cash Award.
  5. An additional ticket for a travel partner to attend the Gold Conference may be purchased separately, subject to the applicable fees, and terms defined by the company.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Participation in this Gold Conference 2026 is voluntary. By choosing to participate in this Conference, the participant hereby confirms that he/she has studied these detailed terms and conditions (“Terms”) and agrees to be bound by the same. The reference to the term Oriflame in this document, shall mean and include Oriflame India Private Limited and/or its group companies.
  2. These Terms are in addition to the terms, conditions and other policies a brand partner agrees to by registering himself/herself as a Brand Partner with Oriflame (including but not limited to Brand Partner Terms and Conditions, Code of Ethics & Rules of Conduct, Guarantee of Excellence Claims Policy etc.) (collectively, “Brand Partner Terms”). The Qualifier’s attendance of this Conference is subject to these Terms, the Brand Partner Terms or any other terms or policies communicated by Oriflame from time to time.
  3. The Qualification Period for the Conference is 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2026 (both days are included) (“Qualification Period”).
  4. Qualifier shall refer to the person who meets the criteria given for First Time Qualification Criteria, the Re-qualification criteria and the Anniversary Special Gold Conference Criteria for Directors and Senior Directors
  5. Oriflame holds the right to bar an eligible Brand Partner from attending the Conference, in case of (a) any violation of the Terms or Brand Partner Terms (as applicable) done in the last 6 (six) months prior to the Qualification Period, and such other communication as may be made by Oriflame from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, a mere allegation of the Terms or Brand Partner Terms’ violation by a Brand Partner will not render the eligible Brand Partner disqualified for participating in the Conference;
  6. The Qualifier participating in the Conference must ensure their best behaviour at all times during the Conference and shall not in any way whatsoever, misbehave with Oriflame, its employees, personnel, vendor, vendor’s employees or other participants. Further, the participant while at the Conference premise must comply with the terms and conditions prescribed by the hotel or any other service provider engaged by Oriflame for or in relation to the Conference. In case any individual is found to be in violation of any of the aforementioned, Oriflame reserve the right to request such participant to forthwith vacate the Conference premises without any delay or demur and take such other action as may be necessary to implement the same.
  7. Oriflame reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the Conference at any time (without any liability/compensation in any form) on account of any event beyond the reasonable control of Oriflame including without limitation, (a) acts of God, flood, drought, earthquake or other natural disaster; any labour or trade dispute; (b) strikes, industrial action or lockouts; terrorist attack; civil war, civil commotion or riots; war, threat of or preparation for war; (c) armed conflict; imposition of sanctions, embargo, or breaking off of diplomatic relations; (d) outbreak or continuance of a pandemic or epidemic disease; (e) acts of public enmity; and/or (f) any law, rules, recommendations, regulations, guidelines, advisory or any action taken by a government or public authority, including without limitation imposing of restrictions on gathering, failing to grant a necessary license or consent, any travel advisory etc.
  8. Every Qualifier who desires to participate in the Conference may do so pursuant to his/her independent inquiry, investigation and analysis. It is agreed that Oriflame, its employees, associate companies, directors, representatives or vendors shall have no liability, for any loss, damages, expenses or claim suffered/incurred by or brought against any Qualifier, any participant or any other third party in any manner whatsoever, whether such loss, liability, damage, expense or claim is consequent to or in connection with the Conference (including without limitation cancellation thereof as per these Terms).
  9. Further, each Qualifier who desires to participate in the Conference agree and acknowledge to hold Oriflame and its employees, associate companies, directors, representatives, or vendors indemnified and harmless against any liability, cost, expense, claim (including any third-party claims) or damage caused to the aforementioned on account of any act/omission by such Qualifier and/or his/her guest (if any).
  10. The Lifestyle Bonus is voluntarily offered by Oriflame and is valid for only those Qualified Brand Partners/Travel Partner(s) who will be attending the Gold Conference, in entirety in person. All applicable taxes in relation to the Lifestyle bonus shall be borne by the Qualified Brand Partner, Oriflame has no liability and/or responsibility in this regard.
  11. In event, if Qualified Brand Partner is unable to attend the Conference in entirety in person, due to any reason whatsoever including without limitation due to rejection of VISA application, then the Qualified Brand Partner is required to return/refund the Lifestyle Bonus received from Oriflame within the timeline provided prior to the conference by Oriflame, failing which Oriflame has a unilateral right to deduct/set off an equivalent amount of the Lifestyle Bonus from the next payment due to the Qualified Brand Partners and TDS shall be deducted accordingly. It is clarified that in case of Brand Partner’s inability to attend the Conference for any reason whatsoever, the Brand Partner shall not be entitled to any monetary/non-monetary benefits/compensation associated with the Conference or otherwise.

QUALIFIER’S TICKETS

  1. First Ticket travel by qualifier is mandatory. The invitation to the confirmed guest cannot be transferred to a third party, nor sold, nor bartered for remuneration. If the first ticket qualifier is not participating, the guest on second ticket cannot participate except in case of the pregnancy situation mentioned below. A travel partner cannot go without the attendance of the qualified leader. The same applies if the qualifier is unable to go due to injury or acute illness.

    Please note the 1st three (3) rows are applicable only for the new qualifier, thereafter from row 4 (four) onwards applicable for both new qualifiers and re-qualifiers.
  2. The qualifier will receive confirmation from Oriflame stating their qualification to this Conference and specifying the last date to send in their confirmation to travel and attend the Conference. Confirmations once sent shall be treated as final, and any cancellation shall be dealt as per the cancellation policy mentioned herein.
  3. The minimum age for participation in the Conference is 16 years for the Director’s guests (turning 16 during the calendar year of the Conference taking place)
  4. A participant can qualify for a maximum of 2 tickets for Gold Conference 2026 at Paris, France (including qualifying director and travel partner’s ticket)
  5. Oriflame will announce the actual date of the Gold Conference 2026 and also reserves the right to change the dates in future. Any change in dates of the Gold Conference 2026 shall be communicated to Qualifiers through their registered email ID with Oriflame and/or on the Oriflame website.


TRAVEL LOCATION

  1. The eligible Brand Partners intending to participate in the Conference must make necessary travel arrangements and email their details along with a scanned copy of requisite documents (as may be intimated by Oriflame) to their Area Manager latest at a date as may be intimated by Oriflame. Further, the participant must also carry the aforementioned documents to be shown at the hotel during check in.
  2. Hotel accommodation will be booked by Oriflame or its appointed tour operators as per Oriflame discretion.
  3. Qualifiers shall be eligible for the trip as per the Conference schedule. Participating Qualifier and their travel partner shall as a part of the trip be only entitled to conference arrangements such as hotel stay of Oriflame’s choice, trip around the city as per the schedule at Oriflame’s discretion. Any other expenses including but not limited to travel arrangements to and from Paris, France, visa processing expenses, travel insurance, medical expenses, etc., shall be borne by the Qualifier.


VISA & INSURANCE
  1. Participant and their guests are required to have a health insurance in order to attend the Conference at their own cost.
  2. Visa, Health Insurance and all administrative costs pertaining to the Conference shall be paid by the participants for themselves and for their guests.
  3. Oriflame shall not be held responsible if visa is rejected and no extra ticket will be granted for the next conference in case of visa rejection, nor this qualification will be extended to next trip, or any other form of incentive will be given in lieu of same.
  4. The Qualifier must be in possession of a valid Indian passport with minimum 6 months validity i.e. 6 months from travel date, as well as a valid Covid -19 vaccination certificate and negative RTPCR (within time period as may be intimated in advance) as may be required for traveling to or from the place of the Conference. The cost for the Covid -19 vaccination certificate and negative RTPCR shall be borne by the participant.
  5. In case the participant is required to travel for biometrics or personal interview at the embassy, all cost for such travel and stay shall be borne by the participant.


OTHERS

  1. The participant agrees to bear full financial and personal responsibility for the invited guest.
  2. Guests (who are Oriflame consultants) should agree to abide by the Oriflame Code of Ethics and Rules of Conduct and all other policies. Non-adherence to the same may lead to cancellation of the trip to the conference on all qualified tickets.
  3. Oriflame may choose to disallow travel of certain guest participants to the Conference if in Oriflame’s reasonable and sole opinion it is necessary to do so in the interest of security/ safety / disciplinary reasons and to comply with the Oriflame Code of Ethics and Rules of the Conduct.
  4. Should the guest/partner cancel during the period specified under the Cancellation Policy (as detailed herein below), the sponsoring qualifier shall bear any cancellation fees so payable.
  5. In case a Qualifier or their guest cannot go to the Conference due to injury or acute illness, the Company will not charge anything to the participant provided a valid medical certificate is submitted to the Company in respect of same.
  6. The Lifestyle Bonus shall be withdrawn immediately in case of any violation by the Qualified Brand Partners of this undertaking, the Brand Partner Terms, and such other communication sent by Oriflame from time to time


APPLIED RULE IN CASE OF PREGNANCY

  1. The following rule is valid if the Qualifier is pregnant and will give birth up to 3 months before the Conference, as well as if the Director has given birth up to 6 months before the Conference and needs to stay home with the new-born.
  2. If Qualifier qualifies for 1 ticket and cannot travel due to pregnancy, Qualifier can postpone till next year and if Qualifier also qualifies for the following year’s conference Qualifier would get 1 extra ticket the following year.
  3. If the Qualifier qualify for 2 tickets and cannot travel due to pregnancy, his/her chosen travel partner has to utilize one ticket to the Conference, and he/she can postpone the other ticket to next year’s conference. To get 1 ticket postponed, the Qualifier would also need to qualify for the next year’s conference (if any). In other words, a maximum 1 ticket can be brought forward.


CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. 100 Days prior to conference: 25% of non-recoverable costs incurred by Oriflame will be charged for each cancelled participant.
  2. 75 Days prior to conference: 50% of non-recoverable costs incurred by Oriflame will be charged for each cancelled participant.
  3. 50 Days prior to conference: 75% of non-recoverable costs incurred by Oriflame will be charged for each cancelled participant.
  4. 40 Days prior to conference: 100% of non-recoverable costs incurred by Oriflame will be charged for each cancelled participant


QUALIFIER’S GUESTS PARTICIPATION RULES

  1. Insurance and Visa fees are not covered under the discount as mentioned under the discount table above.
  2. In the event of cancellation by a Qualifier, the Qualifier will still be required to pay cancellation as per the cancellation policy in respect of his/her travel as well as for the travel partner.
