             Rich History            

Seoul’s history spans over 2,000 years, from its origins as Wiryeseong in the Baekje Kingdom to its prominence during the Joseon Dynasty, marked by grand palaces and fortress walls. It endured Japanese colonial rule (1910–1945) and devastation during the Korean War (1950–1953) but emerged as South Korea’s capital in 1948. Today, Seoul seamlessly blends its rich heritage—palaces, temples, and hanok villages—with modern skyscrapers and technology, preserving its past while embracing the future.

Seoul offers several relaxing attractions perfect for unwinding: Cheonggyecheon Stream – A serene urban waterway with walking paths. Namsan Park – Scenic trails leading to N Seoul Tower. Bukchon Hanok Village – Traditional hanok houses in a peaceful setting. Bukhansan National Park – Lush hiking trails and historic temples. Seokchon Lake – A tranquil spot for lakeside walks. Qualification period for the Conference is from 1st September‘2024 – 31st October ‘2025, both days included (“Qualification Period”), unless extended or revoked at the sole discretion of Oriflame.

The 1st ticket for the eligible Brand Partners shall be non-transferable.

In the event, any Oriflame Id is a joint Id owned and operated by 2 individuals, then each individual for the purpose of qualification shall be treated as 1 qualifier. The decision of Oriflame as to eligibility of a Brand Partner shall be final and binding

Children

There is no age limit for attending the Conference, however parents that bring children under the age of 6 years need to sign a waiver confirming that they take full responsibility of their children in case of any accidents or illness.

  • There is still a strict 6+ age limit for attending Business Conference, Master Classes, CEO Round Table, Gala Dinners and possibly other parts of the program not suitable for children.
  • Oriflame will not support with caretaking of children and will not take any responsibility for the children

Health & Safety
  • Before travelling Oriflame recommends you see your local medical practitioner to seek advice on required vaccinations.
  • All participants (Directors, and Guests) are required to have both travel and health insurance for the duration of the programme, as well as vaccinations – if recommended by their local doctor.
  • In case of any incidents, participants are expected to claim and solve them through their insurance company. If needed, participants are expected to cover any medical expenses on their own and claim remuneration for these expenses from the insurance company upon return to their home country.

Travel
  1. The qualifying Director intending to participate in the Conference must make necessary travel arrangements and email their details along with a scanned copy of requisite documents (as may be intimated by Oriflame) to their Area Manager latest at a date as may be intimated by Oriflame. Further, the invited participants must also carry the aforementioned documents to be shown at the hotel during check in.
  2. Hotel accommodation will be booked by Oriflame or its appointed tour operators as per Oriflame discretion.
  3. Invited participants shall be eligible for the trip as per the Conference schedule. The qualifying Director and their partner/guest shall as a part of the trip be only entitled to conference arrangements such as hotel stay of Oriflame’s choice, trip around the city as per the schedule at Oriflame’s discretion. Any other expenses including but not limited to travel arrangements/tickets to and from Seoul , South Korea. visa processing expenses, travel insurance, medical expenses, etc., shall be borne by the qualifying Director.
  4. The qualifying Executive Director and above will be eligible to a Lifestyle Bonus of INR Two lakhs twenty thousand per qualified ticket (subject to a maximum of 4 qualified tickets), provided he/she being the primary qualifier participates in person in the Conference.
  5. The qualifying Diamond Director and above will be eligible to a Lifestyle Bonus of INR Two lakhs per qualified ticket (subject to a maximum of 2 qualified tickets), provided he/she being the primary qualifier participates in person in the Conference.
  6. Further all the terms and conditions of Lifestyle Bonus shall be governed by a separate Letter of Undertaking that needs to be duly filled and submitted by the qualifying Director soon after the Qualification Period is over.

Guests & Travel partners
  • Directors may invite whomever they choose at their own discretion.
  • The Director agrees to bear full financial and personal responsibility for the invited guest.
  • Guests/partners should agree to abide by the Oriflame Code of Ethics.
  • Oriflame may choose, at its own discretion, to disallow invitation of certain invited participants to the Conference.
  • Should the guest/partner cancel during the penalty period, the Director will bear the financial responsibility for any cancellation fees due.
  • The invitation cannot be transferred to a third party, nor sold, nor bartered for remuneration.
  • In case a qualified leader or travel partner cannot go to the Conference due to injury or acute illness, the Company will not charge anything to the qualified leader. A valid medical certificate is to be presented to the Company in such cases and the Lifestyle Bonus will be adjusted with the PD.
  • Should a qualified leader be unable to travel to the Conference, the right of the travel partner to go to the Conference is revoked. A travel partner cannot go without the attendance of the actual qualified leader except for in the case the Director is pregnant or has given birth as outlined below. The same applies if the qualified leader is unable to go due to injury or acute illness.
  • Tax Deduction at Source (TDS shall be applied as per laws.)

Applied rule in case of pregnancy\
  • The rule is valid if the Director is pregnant and will give birth up to 3 months after the Conference, as well as if the Director has given birth up to 6 months before the Conference and needs to stay home with the newborn.
  • If you qualify for 2 tickets and cannot travel due to pregnancy, your chosen travel partner has to utilise one ticket for the current Conference and you can postpone the other ticket to next year’s Conference. To get 1 ticket postponed, you also need to qualify for the Conference the following year. In other words, a maximum of 1 ticket can be brought forward.
  • If you qualify for 4 tickets and cannot travel due to pregnancy your chosen travel partners have to utilize 3 tickets current conference and you can postpone one ticket to next year’s conference. To get 1 ticket postponed you also need to qualify for the conference the following year. In other words, maximum 1 ticket can be brought forward.

Diamond & Executive Conference 2026

CRITERIA FOR DIAMOND DIRECTOR TITLE – QUALIFY WITH 2 TICKETS
First time qualification Achieve new Diamond Director Title or accumulate 60 groups in the qualification period
Re-Qualification Add 2 groups to min 62 groups from either last time attending a diamond conference or since the last qualification period whichever is easier and maintain minimum Diamond Director title at the period closing
OR
Reset & Go is applicable only to regaining Diamond n above title within the qualification period. 50% LSB for both tickets
CRITERIA FOR EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TITLE – QUALIFY WITH 4 TICKETS
First time qualification Achieve New Executive Director Title
Re-Qualification Close a new title during the qualification period (Gold Executive Director and up)
OR
Add 2 groups and maintain minimum Executive Director title at the period closing – only applicable if base groups is <144
OR
Add 1 accumulated Gold Leg or higher and maintain minimum Executive Director title at period closing
