Other Terms and Conditions Applicable to the Offer

1. Participation in this lucky draw is voluntary. By choosing to participate in this lucky draw, the participant hereby confirms that he/she has studied these detailed terms and conditions and agrees to be bound by the same.
2. Every person who desires to participate in this lucky draw may do so pursuant
   to his independent inquiry, investigation and analysis and shall not have any
   claim against Oriflame, its employees, directors, associate companies or vendors, whatsoever by reason of any loss which may be suffered by such person consequent to or in connection with this lucky draw whether by reason
   of anything stated or omitted to be stated herein.
3. Oriflame shall not be responsible for quality, warranty and repair of the goods offered as prizes under the lucky draw and it shall be the responsibility of the manufacturer.
4. This lucky draw offer shall be withdrawn immediately from the qualifier in case of violation by the qualifier of any terms and conditions of Online Registration Form, Code of Ethics and Rules of Conduct, and such other documents as mentioned therein including any communication as made by the Company from time to time.
5. The winners will have to claim/collect their prize coupons from the nearest Oriflame branch. The winners will have to carry a copy of their PAN Card and will have to provide their personal details at the nearest Oriflame branch in order to claim/collect the prize coupons.
6. The prize coupons cannot be exchanged or be redeemed in cash and are non-negotiable & non-transferrable.
7. Oriflame shall not be responsible in case the delivery of the prize coupons to the winners is affected/delayed due to a force majeure event i.e. an event that is unforeseeable and is beyond the control of the Oriflame including but not limited to natural calamities or acts of God, labor difficulties, war, or civil unrest.
8. The images of products shown above are illustrative in nature and actual size, specifications & colors may vary.
9. The decision of Oriflame on all matters related to the lucky draw offer shall be final and binding.
10. Oriflame reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time with prior notice, including without limitation, the bases and methods of identification of winners and the dates of the lucky draw.
11. Any benefit provided to any ineligible Consultant inadvertently due to any technical glitch will be recalled/adjusted/charged for as per Oriflame’s discretion.
12. The winner agrees to co-operate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of Oriflame relating to the lucky draw and agrees that Oriflame may publicize the name and/or photograph of each winner in such mode and manner as Oriflame considers fit. No claims whatsoever can be made against Oriflame for the use of the name and/or photograph of the winner. By participating in the lucky draw, the winner hereby consents to any publicity which may be generated as a result of the lucky draw and use on any marketing material and in any media at any time, including use of the winner's name, picture and basic information in all related marketing and publicity promotion. Winners shall not, without the prior written approval of Oriflame, speak to the press or any other media nor give any interviews or comments relating to the lucky draw.
13. Tax liability relating to withholding taxes as applicable on the value of prizes mentioned above shall be borne by Oriflame. All other taxes, levies etc., if applicable, shall be borne by the winner.
14. These terms & conditions shall be governed by Indian laws & jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with this offer shall remain exclusively with courts at New Delhi.
