- Oriflame India Private Limited (“Oriflame”) is organising a Director Seminar ‘2025 for the eligible Brand Partners in Colombo, Sri Lanka, on such date as may be intimated by Oriflame(“Seminar”):
- Participation in the Seminar is voluntary and optional. By choosing to participate in the Seminar, the participant hereby confirms that he/she has studied these detailed terms and conditions (“Terms”) and agrees to be bound by the same.
- The Ticket herein means the participation/entry ticket towards the Director Seminar.
- These Terms are in addition to the terms, conditions and other policies a Brand Partner agrees to by registering himself/herself as a Brand Partner with Oriflame (including but not limited to Brand Partner Terms and Conditions, Code of Ethics & Rules of Conduct, Guarantee of Excellence Claims Policy etc.) (collectively, “Brand Partner Terms”). The eligible participant’s attendance of this Seminar is subject to these Terms, the Brand Partner Terms or any other terms or policies communicated by Oriflame from time to time.
- Qualification period for the Seminar is from 1st January‘2024 – 31st March ‘2025, both days included (“Qualification Period”), unless extended or revoked at the sole discretion of Oriflame.
- Subject to the Terms, the Brand Partners who fulfils below criteria under either of the following categories during the Qualification Period shall be eligible to attend the Seminar:
Brand Partners under Oriflame Success Plan, as of 31st Dec ‘2023 shall upon:
- achieving a Senior Manager title for the first time during the Qualification Period and maintaining the said title for 1 additional month within the Qualification Period, will be entitled to 1 Ticket to the Seminar through Oriflame; OR
- achieving a new title from Director to Sapphire Director during the Qualification Period will be entitled to 1 Ticket to the Seminar through Oriflame for each new title achieved within Qualification Period, up to a maximum of 3 Tickets through Oriflame under this criteria ; OR
- developing a new Senior Manager in his/her personal group during the Qualification Period and if such Senior Manager maintains the said title for 1 additional month during the Qualification Period, will be entitled to maximum 1 Ticket to the Seminar through Oriflame. OR
- achieving Dream Program/Leader’s Club criteria targets for 12 out of 15 months during the Qualification Period, will be entitled to maximum 1 Ticket to the Seminar through Oriflame. OR OR
- The Brand Partner who has ever been a Diamond Director or above title under Oriflame Success Plan as of 31st December ‘2023, shall upon achieving a new title during the Qualification Period or maintaining the title as of 31st March ‘2025 (end of qualification period) will be entitled to a maximum of 3 Tickets to the Seminar through Oriflame;
- maintaining his/her existing title as of 31st December ‘2023 will be entitled to a maximum of 2 Tickets to the Seminar through Oriflame;
- developing a new Senior Manager in his/her personal group and if such Senior Manager maintains the said title for 1 month during the Qualification Period, will be entitled to maximum 1 Ticket to the Seminar through Oriflame.
OR
- The Brand Partner who has ever been an Executive Director or above title under Oriflame Success Plan as of 31st December ‘2023, shall upon achieving a new title during the Qualification Period or maintaining the title as of 31st March ‘2025 (end of qualification period) will be entitled to a maximum of 4 Tickets to the Seminar through Oriflame. OR
- Existing Directors and above will get 1 ticket on maintaining title for 12/15 months. the December 2023 closing structure would be considered. Qualification through title maintenance is not eligible to qualify for tickets from other criteria. OR
- Achieve minimum 1 title through Reset Go and qualify for 1 ticket. Qualification through the Reset Go title are not eligible to qualify for tickets from other criteria.
- Exclusive Star Night access : New Directors & above title achiever will qualify with 1 ticket, while India Top 15 leaders & Diamond Directors will qualify with 2 tickets (upon maintaining the title till the end of qualification period) for an extra night stay during the seminar.
- The qualified Brand Partner’s qualification towards the Director Seminar through achieving a new level and maintaining a level as per Oriflame’s Success Plan, or creating a new senior manager in personal group, would be valid only if the level being achieved or created is a non-defaulter one as per the Success Plan.
- The decision of Oriflame as to eligibility of a Brand Partner shall be final and binding.
- In the event, any Oriflame Id is a joint Id owned and operated by 2 individuals, then each individual for the purpose of qualification shall be treated as 1 qualifier.
- The cost of the seminar is Rs 60,000. One additional ticket can be purchased only for qualified Brand Partner’s family member at Rs 60,000.
- No lifestyle Bonus for Director Seminar
- The eligible Brand Partners who qualify with two or more tickets through Oriflame are allowed to participate along with their family members only. Children below 18 years will NOT be allowed in the Seminar. No downlines/team members/Oriflame brand partners are allowed in the qualifier’s 2nd and 3rd ticket.
- The 1st ticket for the eligible Brand Partners shall be non-transferable. Further, the 1st ticket qualifier’s name must be the same as the name appearing in Oriflame’s records.
- Minimum age for participation in the Seminar is 18 (eighteen) years.
- The eligible Brand Partners intending to participate in the Seminar must make necessary travel arrangements/travel tickets and email their details along with a scanned copy of requisite documents (as may be intimated by Oriflame) to Oriflame Sales Team such other date as may be intimated by Oriflame. Further, the participant must also carry the aforementioned documents to be shown at the hotel during check in.
- The agenda with all details including exact dates of the Seminar, time period of Seminar, venue, Seminar timing, itinerary etc. shall be shared by Oriflame in advance.
- Taxes shall be applied as per the applicable laws.
- Oriflame will make necessary arrangements for accommodation, event venue, food and beverages for the participants strictly as specified in the agenda only. The detailed itinerary of the Seminar will be shared by Oriflame in advance.
- Transport/conveyance cost to the venue and travel arrangement including without limitation the cost of VISA, transportation to and from the Airport/Railway Station/Bus Station are to be borne by the participants. Additionally, any expenditure not mentioned in the TnC shall be borne by the participants.
- Oriflame holds the right to bar an eligible Brand Partner from attending the Seminar, in case of any violation of the Terms or Brand Partner Terms (as applicable) done in the last 6 (six) months prior to the Qualification Period, and such other communication as may be made by Oriflame from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, a mere allegation of the Terms or Brand Partner Terms’ violation by a Brand Partner will not render the eligible Brand Partner disqualified for participating in the Seminar, unless independently investigated by Oriflame.
- The participants must ensure their best behaviour at all times during the Seminar and shall not in any way whatsoever, misbehave with Oriflame, its employees, personnel, vendor, vendor’s employees or other participants. Further, the participant while at the Seminar premise must comply with the terms and conditions prescribed by the hotel. In case any individual in found to be in violation of any of the aforementioned, Oriflame reserve the right to request such participant to forthwith vacate the Seminar premises without any delay or demur and take such other action as may be necessary to implement the same.
- Oriflame reserves the right to unilaterally cancel and/or reschedule the Seminar (without any liability/compensation in any form) at any time on account of any event beyond the reasonable control of Oriflame including without limitation, (a) acts of God, flood, drought, earthquake or other natural disaster; any labour or trade dispute; (b) strikes, industrial action or lockouts; terrorist attack; civil war, civil commotion or riots; war, threat of or preparation for war; (c) armed conflict; imposition of sanctions, embargo, or breaking off of diplomatic relations; (d) outbreak or continuance of a pandemic or epidemic disease; (e) acts of public enmity; and/or (f) any law, rules, recommendations, regulations, guidelines, advisory or any action taken by a government or public authority, including without limitation imposing of restrictions on gathering, failing to grant a necessary license or consent, any travel advisory etc.
- Every eligible Brand Partner or his/her its guest who desires to participate in the Seminar may do so pursuant to his/her independent inquiry, investigation and analysis. It is agreed that Oriflame, its employees, associate companies, directors, representatives or vendors shall have no liability, for any loss, damages, expenses or claim suffered/incurred by or brought against any eligible Brand Partner, any participant or any other third party in any manner whatsoever, whether such loss, liability, damage, expense or claim is consequent to or in connection with the Seminar (including without limitation cancellation thereof as per these Terms).
- Further, each eligible Brand Partner who desires to participate in the Seminar agree and acknowledge to hold Oriflame and its employees, associate companies, directors, representatives, or vendors indemnified and harmless against any liability, cost, expense, claim (including any third-party claims) or damage caused to the aforementioned on account of any act/omission by such Brand Partner and/or his/her guests (if any).

- Oriflame reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms by giving prior intimation of the same to the concerned Brand Partners.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by Indian law and jurisdiction over any matters/ disputes in relation to the Seminar shall remain exclusively with courts at New Delhi.

New title achievers are Star Night Qualifiers. If a Star Night qualifier qualifies with more than one ticket, their 2nd and 3rd ticket travel partners will check in on 17th May, along with the regular criteria qualifiers.
