  1. The Plenty Program (“Program”) is a promotional program valid for all Brand Partners in India provided by Oriflame India Private Limited (“Oriflame”).

  2. Participation in this Program is voluntary and optional. By choosing to participate in this Program, the participant hereby confirms that he/she has studied these detailed terms and conditions (“Terms”) and agrees to be bound by the same.   
  3. These Terms are in addition to the terms, conditions and other policies you agree to by registering yourself as a Brand Partner with Oriflame (including but not limited to Brand Partner Terms and Conditions, Code of Ethics & Rules of Conduct, Guarantee of Excellence Claims Policy etc.) (collectively, “Brand Partner Terms”). Your participation in this Program is subject to these Terms, the Brand Partner Terms or any other terms or policies communicated by Oriflame from time to time.
  4. Oriflame reserves the right to charge Brand Partners a fee for participation in this Program at its sole discretion, with prior notice.
  5. The validity period for this Program is from 1st December ,2025 to 31st December, 2025, both days inclusive (“Program Period”), unless extended or revoked at the sole discretion of Oriflame.
  6. Under this Program, on placing accumulated order of the below BPs, during the Program Period, subject to these Terms the participant will be entitled to receive a promotional code which can be used to purchase the below promotional product(s) at the following promotional rates between 1st January,2026 to 31st January ,2026 (“Initial Purchase Period”). In case of non-availability of stocks of the promotional product(s), the Initial Purchase Period may be extended at the sole discretion of Oriflame (“Extended Purchase Period”). Initial Purchase Period & Extended Purchase Period are hereinafter collectively referred to as “Purchase Period”:

  7. The promotional product(s) will only be available for purchase to eligible participants during the Purchase Period.
  8.  The above Program is not valid in multiples. Each participant will be able to avail this Program only once, i.e. the first time he/she makes the eligible purchase as per Clause 6 above.
  9. During the Program Period, Oriflame may, at its sole discretion, offer other programs under the “Plenty Program” branding. In such case, each participant will be able to avail the benefits offered only under one “Plenty Program”, i.e. the first “Plenty Program” for which he/ she qualifies for the first time during the Program Period.
  10. During the Program Period, each participant will be eligible to receive benefits only under one of the 3 offers listed in Clause 6, i.e. the offer that the participant qualifies for first during the Program Period.
  11. Oriflame reserves the right to substitute the aforesaid promotional product with other products of equal or higher value, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
  12. The decision of Oriflame as to qualification of the participant to the Program shall be final and binding.
  13. The Program shall be withdrawn immediately from the participant in case of any violation of the Terms, the Brand Partner Terms (as applicable) done in the last 6 months prior to the Program Period, and such other communication as may be made by Oriflame from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, a mere allegation of a Brand Partner Terms’ violation by a Brand Partner will not render the Brand Partner disqualified for this Program
  14. Any benefit provided inadvertently or due to technical glitch will be recalled/adjusted/charged for, as per Oriflame’s discretion.
  15. Every person who desires to participate in this Program may do so pursuant to independent inquiry, investigation and analysis and shall not have any claim against Oriflame, its employees, associate companies, directors, representatives or vendors whatsoever by reason of any loss which may be suffered by such person consequent to or in connection with the Program whether by reason of anything stated or omitted to be stated herein.
  16. In case any order is negated by a Brand Partner during the Program Period, Purchase Period or the calendar month immediately after the Purchase Period, such a Brand Partner will be disqualified from this Program.
  17. The image of the products shown on the flyer, Oriflame’s website or any other creatives is only illustrative in nature and actual color & size may vary.
  18. To avail the benefit, the qualifiers will have to select the benefit codes in “YOUR OFFER” section on the Oriflame website while placing an order online.

  1. The Growth Bonus Program (“Program”) is a promotional & optional program for certain Brand Partners registered with Oriflame India Private Limited (“Oriflame”), offering them the below defined Share the Joy Bonus , subject to these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”). You agree to these T&Cs by participating in this Program.
  2. These T&Cs are in addition to the terms, conditions and other policies you agree to by registering yourself as a Brand Partner with Oriflame (including but not limited to Brand Partner Terms and Conditions, Code of Ethics & Rules of Conduct, Guarantee of Excellence Claims Policy etc.) (collectively, “Brand Partner Terms”). Your participation in this Program is subject to these T&Cs, the Brand Partner Terms or any other terms or policies communicated by Oriflame from time to time.
  3. Validity: This Program is valid from 1st December to 31st December,2025 both days inclusive unless revoked at the sole discretion of Oriflame (“Program Period”).
  4. Eligibility:

    The achievers need to achieve all the following criteria’s for being eligible for this Program:
    • Any Brand Partner who has achieved New 12% level for the first time (since registration with Oriflame), and maintains the level the following month during the Program Period, would be eligible for the bonus under this Program as per Clause 5 below;
    • The new 12% manager achiever must sponsor (inviting) a minimum of 2 new Brand Partner both in month of achievement and maintenance.
    • The new Brand Partners sponsored by New 12% manager achiever should place a minimum of 75 BP order in the month of his/her registration.
    • The new achievers should not be a defaulter either in month of achievement or in the month of maintenance.
  5. How to participate: Subject to these T&Cs, any person who meets the eligibility criteria in Clause 4 above & during the Program Period attains the following levels as per the Success Plan, will be eligible to receive, the following amounts (“Incentive”):

  6. 6. Oriflame retains the right to modify/ alter the nature of the festive bonus or substitute the festive bonus for others or add new festive bonus, at its sole discretion.
  7. General Terms:
    1. During the Program Period, a Sponsor Brand Partner must maintain a level that is one level above the title of his/ her downline Brand Partner, to receive bonus under this Program.
    2. To earn the Bonus, the qualifier should meet PD eligibility criteria.
    3. The bonus for New 12% level will be paid along with Feb”26 PD on fulfilling the criteria (as per clause 4).
    4. The Growth bonus will be released in the bank account subject to applicable taxes post negation checks.
    5. The Bonus earner must place self order of 75BP during the offer period.
    6. The highest level as per C11’25 Closing will be considered for Bonus calculations.
    7. Defaulters will not be considered.
    8. Oriflame reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time, for any reason including in the event of suspected breach of these T&Cs or the Brand Partner Terms. Further, in such case, Oriflame also reserves the right to recover any Incentive amounts paid to you under this Program, from any pay outs due to the Director of your Group (as defined under the Brand Partner Terms).
    9. Oriflame may withdraw, amend, or modify these T&Cs at any time at its sole discretion. Your continued participation in this Program after change in these T&Cs constitutes your acceptance to the revised T&Cs.
    10. Any Incentive provided under this Program inadvertently or due to technical glitch will be recalled/ adjusted / charged for, as per Oriflame’s sole discretion.
    11. Every person who desires to participate in the Program may do so pursuant to independent inquiry, investigation and analysis and shall not have any claim against Oriflame, its employees, associate companies, directors, representatives, or vendors whatsoever by reason of any loss which may be suffered by such person consequent to or in connection with the Program whether by reason of anything stated or omitted to be stated herein.
    12. By participating in this Program, you expressly agree that Oriflame will not be held liable or responsible, in any manner whatsoever, for any loss or damage you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Program including but not limited to loss or damage in relation to the Festive Bonus provided hereunder.
