  1. The Plenty Program (“Program”) is a promotional program valid for all Brand Partners in India provided by Oriflame India Private Limited (“Oriflame”).

  2. Participation in this Program is voluntary and optional. By choosing to participate in this Program, the participant hereby confirms that he/she has studied these detailed terms and conditions (“Terms”) and agrees to be bound by the same.   
  3. These Terms are in addition to the terms, conditions and other policies you agree to by registering yourself as a Brand Partner with Oriflame (including but not limited to Brand Partner Terms and Conditions, Code of Ethics & Rules of Conduct, Guarantee of Excellence Claims Policy etc.) (collectively, “Brand Partner Terms”). Your participation in this Program is subject to these Terms, the Brand Partner Terms or any other terms or policies communicated by Oriflame from time to time.
  4. Oriflame reserves the right to charge Brand Partners a fee for participation in this Program at its sole discretion, with prior notice.
  5. The validity period for this Program is from 1st April,2026 to 30th April ,2026 both days inclusive (“Program Period”), unless extended or revoked at the sole discretion of Oriflame.
  6. Under this Program, on placing accumulated order of the below BPs, during the Program Period, subject to these Terms the participant will be entitled to receive a promotional code which can be used to purchase the below promotional product(s) at the following promotional rates between 10th May,2026 to 31st May ,2026 (“Initial Purchase Period”). In case of non-availability of stocks of the promotional product(s), the Initial Purchase Period may be extended at the sole discretion of Oriflame (“Extended Purchase Period”). Initial Purchase Period & Extended Purchase Period are hereinafter collectively referred to as “Purchase Period”:

  7. The promotional product(s) will only be available for purchase to eligible participants during the Purchase Period.
  8.  The above Program is not valid in multiples. Each participant will be able to avail this Program only once, i.e. the first time he/she makes the eligible purchase as per Clause 6 above.
  9. During the Program Period, Oriflame may, at its sole discretion, offer other programs under the “Plenty Program” branding. In such case, each participant will be able to avail the benefits offered only under one “Plenty Program”, i.e. the first “Plenty Program” for which he/ she qualifies for the first time during the Program Period.
  10. During the Program Period, each participant will be eligible to receive benefits only under one of the 3 offers listed in Clause 6, i.e. the offer that the participant qualifies for first during the Program Period.
  11. Oriflame reserves the right to substitute the aforesaid promotional product with other products of equal or higher value, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
  12. The decision of Oriflame as to qualification of the participant to the Program shall be final and binding.
  13. The Program shall be withdrawn immediately from the participant in case of any violation of the Terms, the Brand Partner Terms (as applicable) done in the last 6 months prior to the Program Period, and such other communication as may be made by Oriflame from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, a mere allegation of a Brand Partner Terms’ violation by a Brand Partner will not render the Brand Partner disqualified for this Program
  14. Any benefit provided inadvertently or due to technical glitch will be recalled/adjusted/charged for, as per Oriflame’s discretion.
  15. Every person who desires to participate in this Program may do so pursuant to independent inquiry, investigation and analysis and shall not have any claim against Oriflame, its employees, associate companies, directors, representatives or vendors whatsoever by reason of any loss which may be suffered by such person consequent to or in connection with the Program whether by reason of anything stated or omitted to be stated herein.
  16. In case any order is negated by a Brand Partner during the Program Period, Purchase Period or the calendar month immediately after the Purchase Period, such a Brand Partner will be disqualified from this Program.
  17. The image of the products shown on the flyer, Oriflame’s website or any other creatives is only illustrative in nature and actual color & size may vary.
  18. To avail the benefit, the qualifiers will have to select the benefit codes in “YOUR OFFER” section on the Oriflame website while placing an order online.
