Congratulations! You are now one step closer to achieving the Director’s title on Oriflame Success Plan. Being a leader, you are expected to have a detailed understanding of the Code of Ethics & Rules of Conduct and the directives regarding Direct Selling issued by the Government of India. To ensure that you are well versed with COE & Direct Selling Guidelines, we have introduced “B.E.T- Business Ethics Test”.  

With effect from 1^st March 2020, it is mandatory for all the new/upcoming Director(s) to qualify the Business Ethics Test to become a Director and be eligible to the benefits of Oriflame Success Plan (like cash award, invitation to Directors’ Seminars and recognition on the stage). You are hereby advised to take a note of the same and ensure the required compliances towards your epic & sustainable growth.

More about the Business Ethics Test:
The test is available in both Hindi & English; you may choose to take the test in your preferred language. The test would consist of 30 questions from the Oriflame Code of Ethics & Rules of Conduct policy and the Direct Selling Guidelines issued by the Government of India in 2016. It is mandatory to attempt and provide correct answers to all the questions. You would take 20 to 30 minutes to complete the test and in case you are unable to clear it in first attempt, you can re-attempt immediately.

Note: You will not be recognised as a Director and any benefits that come with the title as mentioned in the Success Plan (like cash award, invitation to Directors’ Seminars and recognition on stage) will be withheld until you pass the test.
