The sale of Oriflame products through shops, retail outlets and online websites (including by sellers on e-commerce websites and marketplaces) (collectively, “Unauthorised Sales Channel(s)”) is completely unauthorised and violative of Oriflame policies. Such sales are also against the business opportunity offered by Oriflame to its brand partners and directly impacts the livelihood of the brand partners.
Oriflame does not stand behind the authenticity or quality of Oriflame products sold through Unauthorised Sales Channels. Oriflame will not be liable, in any manner whatsoever, to extend its return/ refund policy or Guarantee of Excellence Claims Policy to any product purchased through an Unauthorised Sales Channel. To purchase genuine Oriflame products, please get in touch with a brand partner or Oriflame branch near you.
Any person or entity found to be involved in sales, distribution or promotion of Oriflame products through any Unauthorised Sales Channel will be subjected to strict legal action.

We have noticed that text messages are being sent to some of our brand partners & customers in the name of Oriflame India Private Limited/Oriflame/Oriflame Cosmetics with the intention of defrauding & cheating our brand partners & customers, and unlawfully obtaining money from them. This is to inform you that in case you receive any such message, email or any other communication purporting to be from Oriflame other than through Oriflame’s designated & official email, telephone and communication channels, you are advised not to respond.
We urge you to be cautious when opening links or messages or attachments from unknown third parties. Please note that Oriflame does not send you e-mails or messages asking for your credit card details or bank account details or other financial information. Nor do we charge or accept any amount/payment from any brand partner or customers for participating in any marketing promotions or offers or lucky draws or campaigns. Any communication suggesting this is contrary to our policy.
Please check our website to get relevant contact details and enquire with Oriflame to confirm about our current offers, promotions and campaigns; do not respond to any fraudulent communication. We shall not accept any liability towards any representations made in any fraudulent communication or its consequences, and such fraudulent communication shall not be treated as any kind of action or representation by Oriflame.
